Punctual, friendly and good work. Very professional. I had 3 window glass replacements due to glass had fogging damage.
Excellent and timely service from scheduling to replacement of a fogged window. Definite recommend Lee & Cates for all window repairs and installation.
This is our 2nd experience with Lee and Cates and we couldn’t be more happy with the install performed by Sean and Jack. They did a great job. And when we had questions like the old people that we are, Sean came back to our home not once but two times and took the time to assuage our concerns and assured us that all was well. I took a window sash to be repaired with brand new glass. I was told it would be done within one week and two weeks after I dropped it off. I called and it still wasn’t done. I’d also dropped off 30 screens to be screened and was told those will be done in the same first time frame one week And it took almost a month to be able to go and pick them up. They’re very nice people, but the business side right now seems to be hurt.
Very nice gentlemen named J Ling. Not one bit of glass was left behind, in the yard, amazing!!! Great job! Thank you!
