I took a window sash to be repaired with brand new glass. I was told it would be done within one week and two weeks after I dropped it off. I called and it still wasn’t done. I’d also dropped off 30 screens to be screened and was told those will be done in the same first time frame one week And it took almost a month to be able to go and pick them up. They’re very nice people, but the business side right now seems to be hurt.

Paul came out and installed two windows. There was a slight discrepancy with the materials brought to the job site. I brought up the issue and Paul was extremely professional about it. He Called the office and fixed the issue. Later The company called me to let me know they would take care of the discrepancy And followed up on the work completed. overall it was a great experience and would recommend Lee and cates for any window needs.

Jack and Eugene did a fantastic job replacing the glass in my sliding glass door. It was a difficult job but they did great!
