I have been a pt. of Dr. Hein's for over 30 year's. He has always been in a good mood & take's (more) time to visit with his pt. He really listens to what I have to say & if he can't figure it out he will send me to someone that can. The best Dr. I have ever had.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider's staff friendly? Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes
