Gives a good feeling at first, then once you sign the contract and hand over money the tables turn. His crew is drinking on my roof and smoking pot every 45 minutes. Any communication after you commit might as well be a lost cause. The one returned call I got was full of aggression and threats. Find a reputable company, not a fly by night guy that will fill you full of BS.
It seems like a miracle! We found out we needed a new roof on our house, so I asked around. Lee Builders came highly recommended, so I called, spoke to the owner himself, got an estimate that day, and set a date for the installation right away! Owner Jimmy Lee was great to work with. His crew was very professional, quick, experienced, and competent, and the price was very reasonable. I've known Lee Builders and Roofers a long time, over 20 years. Here is what I know. Jimmy is a solid builder, a better roofer but most importantly, a great man and father. Jimmy Lee has a solid business and he has done well for himself because he genuinely cares about his customers.
