This is a great gym that offers a wide variety of classes and they are all great! Coaches are super respectful and knowledgeable and they make sure to keep a clean and uplifting gym environment

I’ve been part of the LBX challenge here at The Fight Lab! I’m halfway through and am already seeing results on the scale and in what I wear!!! I highly recommend this program if you need a gentle shove into a routine to get into the shape you want to be! The all level classes are exactly that! I don’t feel judged at all! Everyone here is genuinely in your corner to help you reach your goals!
