Within the time span that my son has been at the Fight Lab, he has learned and grown so much as an athlete. I’m really happy my family found this gym for him!
I dropped in while I was in town for work and immediately felt welcome—the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The instruction was well-structured, and the drills were both thoughtful and effective. What stood out most was how genuinely invested the instructors were; they even took time after class to connect and talk. If you’re in town and looking for a gym with great people and a welcoming atmosphere, this is absolutely a place worth checking out.
I did a morning “blast” boxing group class and it was exhausting and inspiring. The staff and coach did a great job, I was challenged and also go at my own pace for a little bit. They let me borrow gloves and wraps were really cheap. Best place in Fort Wayne to start a week!
The Fight Lab is the best!! The coaches here and staff are so great and very helpful! Whether you have knowledge about training, or none at all, you’ll have a spot here! :) and you won’t regret coming! It’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time!
