I wouldn't use them again. Seems a bit like a start up operation, in terms of the formality of their procedures. They arrived in a personal vehicle, didn't follow up about a part they were supposedly ordering, and then when I called to inquire, all numbers were out of service. So now I am out over $100, I have no heat, and I've got no idea what is wrong with my boiler.
