This store is overly priced. I guess this is what you get in the suburbs. Came into the store and the clerk was on her cell phone. I asked where a certain item was, and she pointed to the window. No interest or concern for the customer. I will be going to the Detroit locations. What a shame. BAD BUSINESS!!!!
Rude owner! I was a regular customer coming in almost weekly and bought lashes for $4.99 that tore before I fully got it out the box and brought it back to exchange it and the owner wouldn’t exchange it. I then asked for 10% off the few items I was buying (total around $2 off) and he hesitatingly agreed to that and as I was buying the items he complained about doing it. They have thee highest prices I’ve seen in a lee beauty supply since going to crown jewel. The price gouging is insane here.
It was not a clean store. Narrow isle. Low stock merchandise
Impressive Beauty Supply: Very clean, organized, variety of brands and products. Staff was very professional, helpful, and polite. Definitely one of my favorite establishments.
