Takes forever for them to answer the phone been on hold for 30 minutes while waiting for them to answer to let them know we were running behind
Dr Murphy is an amazing man but what's the point of having medicare insurance if they're wanting nearly a $300 co-pay? I guess Dr's don't go by there oaths anymore. I've been in pain for two weeks waiting to see him just to be turned away.
