Even though the staffs are free (no clients) they refuse to provide service by the excuse of “I have an Appointment” and within 40 minutes, there are no customers, but they are still saying “I have an appointment”
Bad customer service service. Staffs refused to provide service by the excuse of appointment, I was waiting an hour thirty minutes and within 40 minutes 2 workers were totally free did nothing by the excuse of appointments.
