The staff was very helpful. The oil change and tire rotation was complete in a timely manner. I had a question about one key fob not working and it was examined and the problem was fixed. Also a question about the number of complementary oil changes was clarified. We are very pleased with Lee Auto Norway from the purchase of our vehicle to service.
These guys go above and beyond their job descriptions. 1 day I even stopped by with our dog's lead stuck in the half-shut passenger door! They took the time to free it up and send me on my way... pleasantly too!
Great people and they do great work. Denis Wagner is such a great helper at Lee's in Oxford. He went out of his way to help my son with his car. He was a great help to me with my car fantastic mechanics and staff highly recommend
