Please save yourself some time and hire a different Real Estate company. Is really hard to communicate with them and they never answer their phone. I was trying to lease a commercial property for a long period, but after almost 2 weeks they remembered to tell me that the owner is planning to demolish the building in the short term. Every time I asked question about the future of the building no one answered my question.
