What could have been a mean spirited charge was negotiated to a minor task being assigned by the prosecutor and the charge completely dismissed because of Troy’s expertise and knowledge. Troy is a great attorney and knows his stuff
The receptionist was very rude a few times I was speaking she hung up on me and had a very bad attitude she has very bad customer service skills and should work on them or be spoken to about the situation she doesn’t seem to care about what people have to say or ask by all the reviews I’ve read it seems I’m not the only one she’s had a bad attitude with
Public defender. Saw all reviews and he seems to be good if hired (Troy Lee) but in a public defense case he seems annoyed , just telling whats obvious to do, and not really talking everything through or hearing the story or being friendly, unlike a public lawyer for another case i had who went above and beyond. Im a personality based person, and with out that, I dont feel he went the extra mile, and I have heard many felt the same way when it comes to him. Mr. Lee is professional and highly competent, but he is also kind and super helpful! He was my lawyer nearly 20 years ago and did an amazing job.
