Quality 3 / 3 Facilities 2 / 3 Service 3 / 3 I have lived in this park for over 6 months on what was going to be very temporary. The neighborhood is so friendly and safe that I decided to stay. The owner is very open and available as is the management. It's very secure and quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone that values these things. 5 of 5

I have been looking for a mobile home park that i could call home when I am in town. I am a wholesale distributor and I like to drive my 5th wheel to the different cities that I service. I found the owner and manager both live on site. They showed me the security system they have in place and it is working all of the time. While being showed around the park I had occasion to chat with a couple of tenants. They seemed happy here and gave the owner and managers both good reccomendations. my opinion of park was asked to check review of park and write my opinion. have lived here for a while. new utilities were put in a few years ago and no voltage drop on 240 volt 50 amp service or utility problems. quiet with mostly all working people and students without a bunch of traffic and druggies. havent had problems and i feel secure with my unit in the park. keeped pretty clean but has a bunch of phone and cable overhead wires thats pretty unsightly, not sure its their fault though, those are billed through the phone... read more

nice park It's a quiet place to live and its a place where everybody knows your name. the people are friendly . people even come back once they left its kinda nice to see some of the old faces that you made friends with. the park is even pet friendly i see alot of dogs and cats.. i tell my friends about this place when they are looking for a place to stay

A very nice place to stay I have staying here off and on for about 4 Years..but i allways keep coming back.It is a clean, quiet place to stay while you are here in Sacramento. Lots of things to do nearby..Shopping, Light Rail, Freeways. and many more. I would definately recommend this park to anyone who is looking for a place to stay..
