As always, professional, efficient, concerned. Her nurse is equally professional, efficient, and cordial.
If it were possible, I wouldn't even give her one-star. I never met a doctor so rude and uncaring. My encounter with her was nine years ago and I still occasionally think about it. At my age, I've had visits with numerous doctors over the years for a variety of reasons. She has been the worst.
Dr. Yang is always professional and caring during our encounters. I feel that she provides me with her undivided attention when I am there. She listens, probes to gain a better understanding. She tells me like it is in a respectful and empowers me to take an active role in my own health, and I appreciate that.
