Dr. Klausner prescribed me medications, completely unaware of the FDA's most severe "black box" warning for side effects. They were also contraindicated with others I was taking and had disclosed. After weeks of prep for surgery, she asked for thousands in previously undisclosed fees less than 24 hours before it was supposed to take place. She then canceled the surgery when I was unable to pay immediately.
Dr. Klausner is an exceptional human being. All my medical, financial and personal concerns surrounding this surgery were handled with outstanding execution. Dr Klausner made sure I was comfortable and cared for during the whole process from beginning to end.
