I can’t speak on their service but I am overall disappointed in the ability to acquire an appointment. Our original email thread commenced on the 18th of February as I was reaching out to see whether our enquiries were something they could help us with. Rebecca emailed back on the same day outlining all the documents they would need and asked when we would like to schedule a consultation.
