I’ve been with Lee Associates for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team is professional, friendly, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. They’ve made managing my finances so much easier, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. I’d highly recommend Lee Associates to anyone looking for accountants who are reliable, approachable, and genuinely care about their clients.
Unfortunately, I can’t find anything redeeming about our experience. We were very disappointed with the phone consultation. Despite clearly outlining that we were seeking advice on a property sale and CGT strategies, the accountant was unable to confidently answer any of our questions and had to repeatedly place us on long holds to “check” information for every query.
