We had a big spike in our electric heating bills and had another company diagnose a heat pump problem and recommend a solution. We called Lee Air to give us a second opinion. Lee Air responded promptly, sent someone out the next day who found the root cause, which the first company had completely missed and which required a much smaller repair.
