I had an excellent meeting with Dr. Richter. I am happy and lucky to be in her care. I completely trust her, and she is very likable.
Dr. Richter is excellent: brilliant, thorough, caring, and best of all, still curious.
Dr. Richter is very knowledgable, patient and takes the time to explain everything in terms I understand.
Dr Richter was very thorough and informative but it was a nightmare trying to navigate the MedStar system to be able to get information so I could successfully find a Fax number that was working to send Dr. Richter information she needed from me. The original fax number was not operating correctly according to UPS and then Fed Ex. Finally after a lot of effort I was finally able to actually talk to someone to get an alternative fax number. This is very discouraging in terms of how non-user friendly the MedStar system is.
Great meeting with Dr Richter. I find her to be thorough, confident and concerned about me and my goals for this medical intervention. I appreciate the time she gave me and am looking forward to a successful outcome.
