The lease grew from 10 pages to 22 and makes such demands like when and who and how your own driveway may be used or eviction results. Apartment assignments are subject to the Manager's will. There are cameras everywhere. Smokers now are banished down the 1/4 mile driveway & across the street or they call the police. Don't walk away from here - run.

Quiet location, friendly folks. Nice community center, all ground level apts with ample parking. Direct access path to Ledyard Senior Center on Van Tassel Drive.
