I am giving this review comparing to a better ultrasound experience. Even if you are early expect a wait. The ultrasound tech was kind and it was a pleasant experience as far as receiving the ultrasound. We paid cash, yet received a bill in the mail, after calling to ask about it we were informed that there are 2 fees, one for the office and one for the radiology; and that it was stated on a paper on the window with this information. Fast transaction and easy to reach out to them. They answered all my inquiries and they called prior to my appointment, the receptionist is kind and polite.
The ladies where so nice but the MRI machine I was in was almost like the normal closed MRI 😢 it was about ten inches around larger but for anyone with claustrophobia beware.
Top notch! I was in and out quickly. Incredibly sweet staff. Nothing like going to a place to spend money and actually feel valued. Percent recommend
Had a distance to travel so arrived very early. Was the only client in the waiting room. Even though no one else was waiting, i Ended up waiting an hour as my appointment was scheduled an hour later than I arrived. Then after my appointment time came and went… when asked how much longer… I was informed that after checking in at your appointment time, there was a 45 minute lapse until you would be seen.
