Had a distance to travel so arrived very early. Was the only client in the waiting room. Even though no one else was waiting, i Ended up waiting an hour as my appointment was scheduled an hour later than I arrived. Then after my appointment time came and went… when asked how much longer… I was informed that after checking in at your appointment time, there was a 45 minute lapse until you would be seen.
Received excellent service by knowledgeable staff and technician.
Excellent customer service of my daughter during her ultrasound!
I love the staff at Ledwell Advanced Imaging. They are always kind and their work is phenomenal!
