Haily was honest, polite and very helpful. I went in to purchase a shoulder brace but Haily indicated that a brace would not be helpful for my situation and instead suggested some stretching and strength exercises.
Went to see Lemont Stacy yesterday for a 90 minute massage. He was incredibly knowledgeable and capable, talking me through the massage as it was occurring, letting me know any issues he was seeing. I felt comfortable and like I was getting the full value of my service. My muscles have been seizing a lot lately, and between his various techniques, I was able to get out of bed pain-free for the first time in months. Going to Leduc Physio is a pleasure. The ladies at the front counter are always friendly. My PT, Michelle, is amazing. She is friendly and informative. She does everything possible to help me with my symptoms and regain my 'normal' as soon as practicable.
You won't be disappointed. Thorough accurate assessment of problems. Honest expectation of results, and if not progressing according to expectations it's because of lack of diligence on your part in following detailed advice and ever progressing exercise programs given. All in a very friendly and professional environment from the front desk on.
