A great and definitely under-utilized space to rent an office or have functions/meetings. With a small coffee shop AND A BAKERY (Mother's by Chartier), the facility also has a patio and relaxing green space.
This is my GO TO venue for corporate events! Friendly and caring staff with an onsite and locally owned coffee bar (Alternate Route) and bakery/catering company (Mother Bakery by Chartier). The venue has both round and rectangular tables with about a dozen casual seating chairs located next to a fire place. There is an entire wall of windows ensuring lots of natural light with access to an outdoor patio right off the conference space.
