This is a great storage facility. They have been very helpful. The customer service is awesome. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because of the cost. I think it is a little expensive.
Michelle explained everything so throughly, she had me excited about the moving process. I recommend these units to anyone looking to store items.
Renting a unit was fast and easy. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed by reserving an additional unit in case we needed it. Immediate response from owner with clear communication. Easy online contract and auto pay option. Facility is clean, easy to navigate, and loading and unloading is a breeze. We especially appreciate the first month free special. Highly recommend!
