Waiter 40 minutes to get our pizza the staff laughed when we asked for our food I can’t believe how horrible it is now. They have Indian and Spanish people laughing because we sre waiting for out food tipped over 20$ for the cashier but he had nothing to do with it these cooks are a joke made us wait 40 minutes to eat in the restaurant we the cooks laughed
Great service, Great Calzones & pizza, Ledo's is the best
I recently visited Ledo Pizza in Laurel. The tall African employee was friendly, professional, and provided great customer service, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the Indian employee was the opposite. He was rude both in person and when I called the restaurant. His attitude made the experience unpleasant and left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this, because good customer service should be consistent for every customer.
WORST LEDOS I EVER HAD! DO NOT EAT HERE! They messed up my order and refused to refund me. I called them to let them know of the mistake right away, and they asked me to come back to the restaurant, but I lived too far to come back. I just asked them to refund me my balance, which they agreed to, and they have not done it yet. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve called in 3 times and they have a different excuse every time I called. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
