Lednor Home Solutions provided a thorough presentation on their products and estimate. The installers did an excellent job and and a thorough clean up afterwards.
Too bad zero stars is not an option. I have left 2 messages for the company directly and even called Gutter Helmet corporate on 2 occasions. Each time I spoke with corporate, they assured me I would get a call back. The 2nd time I called them, they apologized and said they would escalate this issue and I should expect a call back within a few hours. Crickets. We appreciate the thorough and cleanly install of our Gutter Helmet project. The only complaint is we were told of the installation one day before our installation, but were given no time range. Our crew didn't show up until 4pm requiring us to wait around all day because we requested at the sale to be home during the install. We left messages with the call center asking for information. No follow up call to us was made.
