Company accepted application and sent a lease, to which I replied with a request for a change. Company came back after 11 (!) days with "the landlord has decided not to proceed with this lease". Almost two whole weeks, during which I emailed, called and texted about 25 times, to which the company did not respond to. Never seen anything like that, such unprofessional and deplorable behavior. Ask yourself, as a tenant, what would happen when there is water leaking from the ceiling, will I you be ignored for 11 days too?
Tried phoning them today to let them know that almost their entire fenceline on Fraser at 38th had fallen over, because they'd bolted the 'legs' to the sidewalk on every second fence panel and that their scaf-netting attached to the fence had come unattatched (because they'd trimmed the zap-straps too short) & therefore and loosened the fence covering ('scaff-netting') pretty much down the entire sidewalk, making pedestrians, moms w strollers, dog walkers and customers of dance school and dentist or going to bus stop have to... read more

People moved into this brand new 29 story highrise, Precidia in west Coquitlam on Whiting Way more than two weeks ago. Central air conditioning system not working since day one. How can the developer obtain occupancy permit from the city of Coquitlam without a working central air conditioning system. What's going on?? Meanwhile people are suffering under this sweltering heat. The latest word from the installer, design issue..now what?
