I visited their new building in Metrotown, i was told they are super famous in Vancouver, by reading these reviews, i can see how .... They offer "low income housing" but as usual in Vancouver it's corrupted by money and fake advertising! Very disappointed and for sure i won't promote them !!! And with all the issue listed below, i'm happy that i'm not part of this building that will probably have water infiltration and other deficiencies very quickly as winter is approching !! Misleading sales tactics. Unresponsive sales office. Rude manager. Poor build quality. Hiding behind their legal jargon. Need I say more? Purchasing from them has been the biggest nightmare of my life - don’t make the same mistake.

Recently moved into Highpoint in West Coquitlam, and I have to say the experience has been incredibly underwhelming—if not alarming. For a 50-storey tower, they only installed 3 elevators. Yes, three. One of them broke down in the first week. How could anyone think this is acceptable? Security is another major issue. The locker room was broken into within the first month, and to our surprise—no security cameras or alarms were installed outside the building. That’s just inviting crime.
