I recently went to an open house. The unit was updated and totally redone and lovely. I could not get past how dreary the hallway was and how awful the smell of smoke was. I do feel the hallways need updating. The pictures on the wall are totally out of date and the hallway was dark. Some fresh, light paint and maybe a chair rail and updated lighting would really help. Also, the removal of all of the pictures, statues, decorations and some furniture would elevate and update the atmosphere tremendously and command more money ... read more
Great for site seeing I just went for site seeing
Probably the finest condominium development on the North Shore. The amenities are amazing including a beautifully appointed swimming pool and clubhouse.
The condos are great but the management office (Mary) is unresponsive. The fact the an owner cannot get in touch with the management company (who happily takes their monthly condo fees) is disgraceful.
