The entire staff was super polite and welcoming. I went in for a complete exhaust upgrade and got it done very well. Only thing was the mechanics did it to their liking, not mine. As a teen I wanted a crisp LOUD noise, I left with a low quiet tone on my car. After some research online, I got charged almost 3 times the amount for a resonator then listed for online. Although the people were nice and very outgoing, I felt that I was very up charged and didn’t leave with what I expected.
I've been coming here for about 15 years & since it's changed names/ owners w.e..this place has gone downhill ...I have scheduled numerous appointments here every time they're always behind and never care to let customers know. So this morning I was about to be at their location and decided to call 10 minutes prior, on my way in and once again I'm told they're running an hour behind...I've had an 8 am appointment and they were running behind then too. so maybe you need to look into how your schedule is scheduling, or don't t... read more
Friendly staff. Took care of the issues with my car, and even gave me a loaner car so I could go shopping rather than wait for hours in the shop.
