After working for ledgewater for 3 months I was fired for supposedly making inappropriate comments wich were asking "small talk" questions to customers. They gave me no notice or even told me the rules when talking to customers. They fought my unemployment, so not only did they fire me but also refused to pay unemployment. They do good work, but I can’t recommend them, especially not for new customers. Communication is poor, and they can’t keep to their own promised timing.

I understand places are short staffed, but tried to get them to come over when opening pool to help balance everything they told me it would be 2 weeks tops, still hasn't and ordered supply they said it would be there the day after I called or that Friday. Didn't come till Wednesday the following week. Nice people though
