RENTER BEWARE! This place is not worth the price you pay. The snow removal is terrible, leaving piles in front of garage doors and at the end of the driveways, making it hard to get out. The winter ice build up on the roof, dripping creates ice on the side walks coming out the apartments, that is unsafe and if an older resident living alone unable to take care of it for some reason, when they ask if it could be taken care of so they don't fall, are told, "just stay in then if you cannot take care of it yourself".
