Do not rent/buy a home that doesn't have *baseboard heating*. Units are not insulated and central air = freezing walls and floors, and exorbitant utility bills. Also, original aluminum windows radiate cold and are drafty to the point of my inside curtains billowing. They're seemingly designed for the tropics and not New England. Snow removal service is awful, occurring between 2AM and 7AM, non-stop scraping the ground with backhoes. I've never heard anything like it.
Please RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' SPACES. The front of my house is not a parking lot, much less for leaving a car all night and until the next day, avoid having your car towed.
