I cannot say enough kind words to Ledge and Melissa Romero for her absolute fabulous customer service!! Not only did Ledge honor the warranty but they shipped them out ASAP so I would not lose any valuable pool time!! Never will I buy any pool product without choosing the Ledge Family of products! What a gem they have in Melissa!!!

We've been Ledge Lounger customers before and loved the products, so when we built a new pool we came back without hesitation. We placed a larger order on March 3, an Affinity in-pool daybed and two Affinity in-pool chairs, and worked with Lindsey in sales to get everything set up and she was great. The products themselves are beautiful and the quality is exactly what we expected. That's what makes this experience so frustrating. When our order arrived on April 22, four bases were missing. We purchased several Ledge Lounger items to furnish our new pool/patio project and they have all been a tremendous hit! The fire pit gives off a huge flame and substantial heat to warm up after a cool dip. The pool loungers are incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly on the sundeck. And the ping pong table has provided hours of fun for friends and family of all ages. Additionally their customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful with troubleshooting. I have had these second season. Never complained while I could only get one of two water plugs out to fill and empty. Now nothing comes out they are soft and useless. So much money for cheap plastic. I just want to drain and fill the chairs but it is impossible. Can you please email me back or give me number to rectify this.
