I purchased two Signature Chaise Deep and a Signature Tall Table in June. When the product arrived I installed them according to instructions. Unfortunately, when my wife arrived back in town a couple of weeks later, she didn't like the fit of the chair. After several attempts to contact customer service over the phone I finally reverted to chat and learned that since the product was in the water it couldn't be returned. We ordered the Ledge Lounger Hoopstr and it is an absolute game-changer for our pool parties. We have had parties ranging from grandkids to adults, and the basketball goal is a universal hit. The toddlers scream with excitement when we lift them up to dunk. The teenagers are completely hooked on playing one-on-one, and the adults enjoy casually shooting. No more just floating around doing nothing: now everyone is laughing, splashing, and getting into the sport of pool basketball. Highly recommend!

Awesome products!! When it comes to equipment that is exposed to pool chemicals, scorching heat and sunlight, you had better buy the best! I couldn’t imagine our pool without the loungers and basketball goal!
Michael did an excellent job addressing my complaint. The company mistakenly sent me the wrong lid for my table because I had an umbrella that required a hole in the lid. He listened to my complaint and promptly delivered the correct lid.
