Terrible communication and the lead times listed on their website are completely false. We purchased a Firepit - with "Quick Ship: ships within 3-5 days." Almost a week later and it is still in production with no idea of when it will be complete/ready to ship. The website TODAY still says the same ship/lead time. Please do not order if you have an event soon or need it by a certain time - IT WILL NOT COME. Their blue logo came off of our in-pool chair - we've only had it for 1 month. We have 3 Laze Pillows and some of the pool furniture from Ledge Lounger. We've always received incredible customer service from them and no matter what, they always take care of us. The pillows are just like a bed on the water...perfect for drifting in the pool on a any given day or night. There are cheaper knock off's out there, and we've tried those, too. But nothing compares to the Laze pillows. We're hooked for life!
