We have 3 Laze Pillows and some of the pool furniture from Ledge Lounger. We've always received incredible customer service from them and no matter what, they always take care of us. The pillows are just like a bed on the water...perfect for drifting in the pool on a any given day or night. There are cheaper knock off's out there, and we've tried those, too. But nothing compares to the Laze pillows. We're hooked for life!

Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a pool set in mid-May with guaranteed delivery by Memorial Day. The chairs and table lid came, but the table did not. There was no explanation or communication. I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails with customer service with no response or acknowledgement.
