I went in for an evaluation on my nose and throat. The doctor recommended sinus cavity surgery, but after reviewing this rating, I paused and decided to get a second opinion since surgery was involved. I paid my bill at the time of the visit since I had very good insurance (paying 100%), yet it appears they still placed my account in collections afterward. recently underwent a uvula removal procedure with Dr. Ledereich at Family Ear, Nose & Throat, and the experience has been deeply disappointing. After the surgery, I’ve suffered from persistent sinus problems, a foul odor, and ongoing throat discomfort. I was a patient of DR Lederich for many years same as my father. I tried to make a recent appointment with him today and I was turned away due to no referral. My insurance does not require me to have a referral and I have been a patient of his in the past. I was turned away without a second thought. Needless to say I will be looking for a new ENT. Not because of the doctors but because of the staff.
I was a possible incoming new patient after a referral from my doctor. I called 4 times in a row, you can hear the phone being picked up and immediately hung up 3 times. By the 4th call a rude lady picks up the phone with an "ugh I hate my job" attitude. After all that they don't accept my insurance anyway, would have been easier picking up the first time the phone rang. Thankfully I'm not going there after all.
