Dr. Ledereich is an excellent ENT physician. I’m making an appointment with him right now.
I had a frustrating experience with this office. My concerns were never properly addressed or resolved, and when my results came back, I was told they could not discuss them with me unless I scheduled another office visit. This felt unnecessary and more about billing for another appointment than actually helping the patient. Clear communication and respect for a patient’s time are extremely important, and unfortunately I did not experience that here.
I have been suffering with chronic sinusitis and went to several doctors and the emergency room without any relief. Dr. Ledereich was able to fit me in for an appointment same day, drained the infection, took cultures and sent me for bloodwork. I am so grateful to him and his staff for squeezing me in today. For the first time in six months I can breath through my nose. It’s such a relief to finally have found a doctor who actually helped me. 1000x thank you Dr. Ledereich!
Legit waiting for more than an hour for my appointment and only one person was before me, I can hear the other patient just yapping in the other room with the doctor. Doctor was professional and reassured me about my health and was open to answering questions.
I went in for an evaluation on my nose and throat. The doctor recommended sinus cavity surgery, but after reviewing this rating, I paused and decided to get a second opinion since surgery was involved. I paid my bill at the time of the visit since I had very good insurance (paying 100%), yet it appears they still placed my account in collections afterward.
