Waste of time. The person called and emailed me wanting to talk and asked about my poor interview experience. I tell the story (hey, she asked) and she abruptly winds the call down. Insulting and a total waste of time. If the resume doesn't fit what you have, give it to a colleague or trash it. Don't waste people's time when they're already down.
