Telus contracted Ledcor to install fibre optic lines in my area. The Shaw cable line was damaged during this process leaving internet interruption for two weeks for several property owners. I was concerned about damage to my sprinkler system and was assured if any damage occurred Ledcor would take care of it. Ledcor did, in fact, damage a sprinkler head but did not have the proper part and thus put the onus on me. I had my services being moved and needed to do a fibre drop at my current address, Ledcor was the team that was being assign to finish the drop. I booked it 1 1/2 month ago but the drop was never successfully completed, I had to have it escalated and today (April 1st) one of your project coordinator (Nav Grewal) did a fantastic job helping me to request an urgent drop so that I can have technician finish the job this week. Thank you so much Nav for being so helpful, profession, and going above and beyond.
