I can't in good conscious recommend this company. Very bad business practices and horrible customer service. They came out to look at a broken pipe. It turned out it just needed a cap. One cap - on one pipe- in an open room. and he quoted $150. We questioned that being awfully high to just cap one open pipe. We paid a $60 service call fee, which he gladly pocketed. It would have taken him MAYBE 2 minutes to put on the cap- but instead he took the service call fee and left without doing anything. He provided no service and wa... read more
