Woke up to no AC. Called shortly after they opened and they had a technician out the same day. Fixed the issue and gave a good explanation about what happened. Very grateful
Our experience with LTC Heating & Cooling was exceptional! They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and the technician was polite and thorough, explaining everything to us as he went. We are very happy with the service provided and are looking forward to continue working with these folks in the future!
Our system had acted up one night, and so just in case we had Ledbetters out to take a look. They got us booked asap and even arrived earlier than planned, getting us taken care of sooner rather than later. They were thorough with their inspection and thankfully all was good!
Very professional and on time always
