I was a patient of Dr. Ledbetter’s for roughly 10 years before the pandemic. I called to get in once I was comfortable after things slowed down with COVID to get back in and the front desk told me since it had been too long since my last appointment (for obvious reasons out of my control) I was no longer considered a patient and he was no longer taking new patients. Not good business practice in my opinion, now I’m back to the drawing board trying to find a new PCP. Nice doin business with ya…
Absolutely one of the best. Dr. Ledbetter is very personable and caring, with a great sense of humor. He has been my doctor for many years now. Great thing is, I learn something useful during every visit. Thank you for always making sure the patient is completely cared for.
My 80+ year old mother is a patient of this Dr and for years she kept telling him that something was wrong. She kept having this feeling in her throat as if her heart was in her throat. Well she had a heart attack and all he had to say was he should have caught it he was sorry. Now the latest with this Dr is he has given out a list of his patients to a company called Iris, privia medical group.
