I have always loved Doctor Ledbetter. I have had faith and trust in him. Yesterday October 15th, 2024 I had an appointment for a follow-up visit @ 11:30. I felt horrible but not just the chronic pain in my body. I was dizzy weak did not feel like I should be driving a vehicle. My blood pressure was systolic low 90"s over 39. THIRTY NINE. THIRTY NINE. I was a patient of Dr. Ledbetter’s for roughly 10 years before the pandemic. I called to get in once I was comfortable after things slowed down with COVID to get back in and the front desk told me since it had been too long since my last appointment (for obvious reasons out of my control) I was no longer considered a patient and he was no longer taking new patients. Not good business practice in my opinion, now I’m back to the drawing board trying to find a new PCP. Nice doin business with ya…
