Paul was so friendly and knowledgeable we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our electrical work! He made the process so easy and straightforward and communicated openly from the first call, assessment, and on the work day as well. Brandon and Pedro did a great job replacing our ceiling fans, grounding our outlets, and putting in a brand new sub panel for us to ensure our safety. We would definitely recommend Ledbetter and use Paul and his team again

Paul was great. Kept great communication through scheduling until arrival. He came after hours and was extremely patient and taught some electrical lessons to my four-year-old son who is enamored with tools and construction. I cannot vouch for Paul and his work enough.

I received excellent service in record time on a Monday afternoon from Paul Ledbetter. I was fortunate to reach Paul by calling him twice, as his voicemail was full, and he managed to take my second call. We spoke briefly and then continued our conversation via text. Paul is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The issue was that three GFCI outlets in our kitchen could not be reset and had become nonfunctional. Paul has done a few jobs for us, and they've all been exceptional. Adding light fixtures, upgrading our service, installing wiring for AC. He's responsive, punctual, friendly, professional. His crews are great too, so when he's not around there are still people to ask questions who do a great job. He's the only contractor I've ever written a review for or would recommend to anyone. Great guy, great work.

Paul Ledbetter returned my call within the hour and scheduled a service call the next day - despite already being fully booked - to accommodate my issue. He was super communicative, including in diagnosing my problem and the day of the visit to let me know when he would arrive. My problem was fixed perfectly. I definitely will be calling Paul back for other projects on my old house!
