Leda Philip is very knowledgeable in the process of finding your forever home. She ensure all bases are covered before you put an offer in. She spent quality time, checking all the necessary parts of the house with you and explaining everything in detail. Even when my son was overwhelmed at the closing, she took my son for a walk along the beach, and I really appreciate her taking that extra time. With me and my family I would hundred percent recommend Leda.
