Extremely unethical practice. Lack of care for patient, over billing and refuse to provide tests results ( good or bad) if they can't milk you 80 dollars. Disregarding the law in regards to freedom of information as described in the 1992 act. Refuse to provide access to your own medical records and ignore administrative complaints. Avoid that practice
