Tried to get down our poorly maintained bamberg county road and slid off the side into the "ditch" and was stuck like chuck. But Derick came out and got me pulled out. If it wasn't for him my car would probably be sitting there. All this on July 4th. Me and the family are very grateful for everything.
From the beginning of my call, the agent was very respectful and professional and assure that I was safe as well as Mr. Scott the towing service was awesome. My ETA was actually shorter than expected. He also allowed me to ride along . I will refer the service to anyone in need.
