I have used Lectra tech many times for repairs on properties that are under contract to be sold. The whole team are consistently fast with bids, courteous, and professional. But I give a special shout out to Eric who calls me from every job to let me know what they’ve completed and how it went. He is EXCEPTIONALLY polite and courteous-Something that doesn’t always happen in my line of work and is a breath of fresh air. This alone puts them at the top of my list. THANK YOU!
Last summer, Lectra Tech did an amazing job working on my home. I had to have two projects completed that required their skills. One involved an HVAC disconnect box and the other one was installing new kitchen lighting, ceiling fans, and bathroom 3-way function ventilation fans. Arlington and his guys where amazing due to the wind storm, we lost our power pole he added a brand new one. Took care of all the permits with the city and Xcel and very affordable I highly recommend him for electrical needs. He is also licensed in mobile homes outstanding job.
I can not recommend Lectra tech enough. They have now been out to my house twice. Once for an emergency. Victor was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, because of his demeanor I requested him for the second visit (moving a dryer outlet). Again, he was wonderful, very kind, and hard working. I contacted Lectra Tech via their website, and in less than an hour, Arlin was on the phone scheduling a site visit to scope out my project needs. The other company I formerly hired to do electrical work was booked out about 6 weeks, so I was very excited to learn that Arlin's team would be able to get to me quickly.
