Nice place , very clean but need more equipment, I think so.
It is a terrific place to go and get an excellent workout! The staff are all friendly, helpful, and professional. I was going before work, but now I go after work. I really like going and working out. It is very helpful. I plan to continue working out and become healthier. It is very good for your health and it helps you to feel better.
