They helped me understand my injury and how to dress it more than the surgeon who did my surgery at ut. They were so helpful. I am so thankful for the care I received there today from Penny she was especially a God send for me. Absolutely amazing team. Thank you leconte emergency room!
LeConte Breast Center has consistently provided me with excellent care every year when I come for my annual mammogram and ultrasound. Unfortunately, this year, there was a change in my exam that required me to return for further testing; the staff were extremely prompt calling me only 2 hours after my initial appointment, had me return only 2 days later for the needed testing and to see Dr Brown, and then got me in for an MRI in less then 2 hours that same day. I recently had an unfortunate trip to the emergency room at LeConte Hospital. I got stellar care from Debbie P (cna) and Sheila (RN with wild blonde hair). They both not only took excellent care of me, they both took the time at the end of their shift to come and talk to me before leaving. This is one of many hospital trips I have had in my 44 years of medical issues. This was by far the best experience I have had! Thank you, Sheila. Thank you, Debbie! Y'all are angels sent from above!!
The Breast Center at Leconte has some amazing medical professionals but DO NOT go here if you are self-pay. This was my 3rd visit and they act the same way every time. They must have mistakenly put me in the computer as someone with insurance and as soon as I sit down at the little cubicle and the lady says what kind of insurance do you have and I say, I don't have any insurance, she starts acting different, she looks over at the lady beside her, that lady who just overheard me say that jumps up out of her chair and comes ov... read more
