The doctors and nurses are GREAT, but the receptionists are rude, dismissing, and judgemental. Not to mention if they're sick, they have their mask under their chin and cough all over (not even into their elbow) even when you have a newborn in your arms and hand you papers without even using sanitizer. These women are the first faces you see and voices you hear when coming and they make it absolutely unpleasant. Only have been twice but so far this place seems to be decent, nice staff, the place is clean and my wait wasn't terribly long.
I just wanted to share my experience with union city Rural health clinic. I started with Dr. Alanique who retired. & in between I had another doc who didnt stay very long. Then & now my physician FNP-C Brittany polley is very kind & compassionate, she really listens to all concerns, and she actually does everything in her power to help you with your needs.
