Chris plowed snow into shrubs even though he was asked to be careful. Now have a big mess of dead branches . Some of the shrubs cannot be saved. Careless.
Poor customer service, changes prices as he goes, wants me to pay more when he's going to do less because..." i have a guy that's going to sit in the truck while I mow that i need to pay" very arrogant guy
