Absolutely terrible. He never answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full. Not sure how you’re ever supposed to get a hold of them. I literally had to drive out there and leave a note on a car windshield to get a call back.
I've been a customer of LeClaire Insurance for over a decade. They are absolutely the best with customer service! I can't recommend them enough. If you are in the market for insurance you should check with LeClaire Insurance before making a decision.
