Dr. Mike Stecher is THE BEST!!! He's genuinely talented and gentle, and it shows that patient comfort is the clinic's priority. It's rare to find a dentist who's actually trying to help you rather than upsell unnecessary work. He addresses what you need and gets you on your way. The same-day crowns are a total game changer (if you've been through the multi-day process, you know what I mean) and my kids actually look forward to their appointments! Highly recommend!
Wow, so had great experiences prior to the new receptionist. Have had multiple instances of her being incredibly rude, and today marks not ever going back. What a joke in how to speak to clients, when you aren't able to call to cancel due to their super limited hours, we STILL get charged regardless. I apologize on how long it took me to write this review. I moved here at the final stage of my implant process on my front tooth and was recommended to LeClaire family dentistry by my daughter in law as I needed to finalize the process. They did a FANTASTIC job with regards too expectations, time frame, cost, listening to my concerns and professionalism. Wow! What a great place. I've been looking for the right place since my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance and I've definitely found it. Everyone is so kind and Dr. does amazing work. I was so happy to get my crown done the same day. I'm absolutely thrilled I chose this place.
