As kind as he was to deal with, unfortunately he had signs in agreement to replace a pressure tank, which he did a very nice job doing, and then was also paid upfront to put a trap in underneath our crawlspace. We did advise him. I paid this plumbing business 2k for a hot water tank install. Also needed heat tape ran under my home for the water lines was paid an additional 300.00 to get that work done which is the main reason I called his business in the first place. Previously explained it was tight access to get under my home but he insisted he could get it done!! Did the clean work and was paid well left my home with the promise to return and get it taken care as well as a downstairs bathroom trap!!
