This POS is a total rip off. He ripped off my elderly 79 year old dad. Never showed up and when he did he was late and his friend Liam did all his work. Charged $8k. We paid him $4k down and shows up over a week and half later demanding the rest before the work is even fished. Worked consisted of taking a small section of the ceiling out and opening a very small section of wall. Replacing some cast item. Possibly removed 8 feet replaced with PVC.
