I don't want to really tell everyone about this place, I want it to be a secret because I have a feeling if people know everyone will want to be there. This is the most idyllic, relaxing, and homely place we have ever visited. Ullapool is just down the road. Not too close but close enough. This holiday home has views like no other I’ve ever stayed at. With the shore of loch broom literally 10m from the window, we spotted otters, seals and porpoises from the comfort of the living room, along with a wide range of birds including herons and red throated divers. The accommodation has everything you would need for a great trip away.
My favourite place in the world. I've such lovely memories of summer holidays here as a child. Now, I still try to visit twice a year. It's a peaceful, inspirational setting with the most stunning views, and the loch shore just metres from the cottages. Our experiences change year to year - sometimes we've checked in to find little extras like fresh eggs, other times local fudge or soap, or a convenient copy of the Ullapool News, but sometimes just the usual clean, comfortable and warm accommodation that we know and love. Oops, we did it again! There’s a reason we keep coming back here. A simply divine location on the shores of Loch Broom, a beautifully clean cottage that’s dog friendly and a clear, succinct communication process around the booking makes this one of the best holiday cottage experiences we’ve had, and that’s before we start talking about the local scenery!
